In October 1999, I started in the restaurant industry as a prep cook. As time went by, I worked my way up the chain of command until becoming the restaurant manager. As years passed I was determined to branch out on my own. After looking for a while, in 2010 I found some space that was desirable. Working through some negotiations and hard work, I was able open Mikey’s Pizzeria. We started small but in a short time (due to customer demand) we needed to expand. Within a year, we acquired the space next door thus doubling our size. Constantly improving our food, customer service, and amenities we have grown to be a successful business and institution here in McMinnville.
I’m also proud to support the community. We donate to local schools and charities on a regular basis. In addition, I enjoy coaching middle school softball in the spring. I take pride in my accomplishments but also I am humble because without support from friends, family, and local agencies I wouldn’t be where I am today.
